Hey y’all! I’m Casey. I’m 32, married to a wonderful husband and I have two great kids. I’ve been doing crossfit for 8 years but when the covid shut down occurred, I had no gym to go to. I won a free month of FFF and it showed me how much I actually enjoy working out at home. I love that I can fit it into my schedule, no matter how crazy it may be some days. I love this program and all the encouragement for my faith and fitness goals!
