A youth fitness program that aims to teach your kids that fitness can be super fun, and that moving our bodies is a gift from God! To do this Jozi Noel, my daughter will be leading you through video workouts, showing you exactly what to do! I have a feeling she may be your new favorite YouTuber.

How your membership Can support survivors of trauma

Reclaiming is a non-profit fitness program by Fostering Faith & Fitness that is designed to adhere to the exercise needs of women that are survivors of abuse, violence, and/or medical trauma. We offer this program to survivors for free and are able to do so through the generosity of members like you. Our members, myself included, all work together to give support and encouragement to each other. We will notice when we aren't seeing you as often and help you stay on track!
