Front squat 3×5 (add markers to hold at shoulders)

 

New Skill:

Mountain Climbers 5 x5 to practice 

 

Workout:

5 rounds:

10 mountain climbers

7 push-ups ( however, you can get all the way up and lay flat at the bottom)
