Shoulder Press (unweighted) 3 sets of 5 reps

– Feet under hip, toes point straight ahead

– Thumbs on shoulders

– Only thing that moves are shoulders

– Press straight up

-Keep arms close to ears

 

Workout:

4 rounds:

sprint 10 steps 

sprint 10 steps back 

6 shoulder press for form

4 squats
