– Complete all or as many FFF workout as possible for the month of January.
– Comment “done” or your time/score under each workout on that particular that you finish
– Drink 1 gallon of water a day at least
– Complete your daily Bible reading- remember there will be more Chapters involved because this year we are set to read through the entire Bible! (If you’d like to respond/ discuss the Bible reading feel free, but you don’t have to!)
That’s it! As far as nutrition there is TONS of info on our site! Set your own goals for this. My advice: try and get in at least two healthy meals a day is a great start. Fail. Reset the next day and try to make healthier meal choices again the following day. For now stick to the January rules and tweak eating as much can to fit a healthier lifestyle.
