My name is Kristin I am 32 married with two sweet boys. I have always enjoyed working out and running. My dad has always had his own gym which made it easy to go workout when he decided to sale I stopped going. I joined different gyms but didn’t enjoy them. I am now a stay at home mom and making time for the gym has not been easy. I decided to try the free workouts with FFF and I loved not having to leave my home to get a good workout in and also keeping me grounded in daily scripture so I joined.
