Skill:

Unweighted Thruster: (see demo video)

– instead of weights put thumbs on shoulders

– Feet somewhere between hip width and shoulder width apart

– do a front squat into a push press

Do 5 sets of 5 reps practicing good form

 

Workout: 

5 rounds:

5 burpees

5 thrusters
