Wild Things Weekend Workout

 

Review Skills:

Squat –> Front Squat

Plank –> Push-up 

Do 5 sets of 3 reps of each exercise. 

 

Workout:

5 min. AMRAP:

3 Front Squats (no weight- thumbs on shoulders)

6 burpees 

9 jumping jacks
