Review Squat (trying for extremely good form) 5 sets of 3 

New Skill: 

Broad Jump 5 sets of 3 

  • Jump out as far as you can- jumping with both feet.
  • Using your body (arms) to gain distance.
  • Land with your knees out, and land with both feet. 
  • Stand 

Workout: 

6 min. AMRAP:

2 burpees

3 broad jumps out 

10 jumping jacks

3 broad jumps back
