Review Pushup 5 sets of 3
New Skill:
Front Squat (unweighted)
5 sets of 3 really good reps
– Same cues as the regular squat
– Place thumbs on shoulders
-Point your “lasers” elbows out in front
-Don’t let your elbows drop
-Keep a tall chest
Workout:
5 rounds:
5 front squats
5 burpees
3 pushups
