Squat 3 sets of 5 reps

Plank 2 max holds (for time)


New Skill:

Push-ups (see demo video in the movements section)

– Start out in the plank position

– Lay down all the way on the ground

– Push back up

* Parents their bodies will probably kip automatically- that’s perfectly fine.



10-8-6-4-2- reps of:


*in between each set do 10 bear crawl steps (crawling without letting your knees touch the ground.)
