10 sets of 3 (Nice and slow- parents have them watch the air squat video in the movement section)
– Feet shoulder width apart
– Hips go back like when your mom is shutting her car door when her hands are full (hips back)
– Chest up
– Go low enough so the pocket of your pants/shorts are below your knees
Sprint 10 steps
Back pedal back
Do 3-5 Air Squats like you just worked on.
*Parents have them lean forward on the back pedal so they don’t fall.
