My name is Coach Brittany, and I have coached lots of different kids just like You!
Our first workout will be listed here on Monday, March 22nd!!
I hope you are getting excited! Three times a week we are going to do a skill, a small workout, and more!
There are coloring pages here for you, and fun recipes to help your parents with also.
We will talk about healthy eating here as well and how it helps to keep you growing nice and strong!
Fitness is Super fun. SO long as you are trying your best and having fun that is our goal!!
