Join us for a 7-week Core Challenge beginning July 1st! This challenge pairs daily core workouts with daily time in God’s Word. Here’s what you need to know:
• Length: 7 weeks (July 1st–mid-August)
• Workouts: Follow along with my Core Guide — 5 workout days each week with 2 rest days (you choose — most take Thursday and Sunday as rest days).
• Bible Reading: We’ll be reading one Psalm a day. If you want to read more, go for it!
• Accountability: You’ll get access to our private Challenge Group where we’ll check in and keep each other encouraged and consistent.
• Daily Encouragement: Expect daily check-ins and motivation posted right in the group to help keep you focused and growing.
• Core Guide Purchase: The Core Guide is required for the challenge and will need to be purchased separately. It walks you through every workout with demos, progressions, and weekly adjustments. Purchase Core Guide Here
