Hi friends! I’m Christen! I live in Asheville, North Carolina currently, but grew up in Pickens County.
I love all things outdoors — I spend a lot of time hiking since I live in a great area to do so which has always kept me on my toes and active. At the beginning of the summer, I was looking for a fitness program I could really stick to since many of our trails and parks here in NC were closed due to COVID. I stumbled across FF&F thanks to Whitney’s posts and have been loving every second of it. My goals are to stay physically active and tone up. FF&F has been so easy to stick with and has a great community. I’m looking forward to continuing!Peace!
