Hello friends!! My name is Courtney and I’m a college rep for North Greenville University. I am so excited to begin this journey with all of you. I just joined FFF a few days ago, but I’ve been following along on Instagram for a little bit! My main goals are to really work on my overall health and hopefully motivate others to do the same. This program is just so encouraging and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me!!
