Blueberry Cinnamon Pie Smoothie

Cook Time: 5 mins.

Ingredients

  •  1-1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar Free Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1TBS of Natural Honey
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Optional- 2 scoops of your choice brand Protein Powder (For mine go to: Nutrition-> Healthy Eating ->Resources ->Advocare -> Sports Performance ->Lean Body Protein Powder in Vanilla)

Method

  1. Add blueberries, almond milk, cinnamon, honey, and protein powder to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add water as needed until you reach the consistency you’d like.
  4. Add more honey an cinnamon as needed to sweeten watching the amounts.
