My name is Anna Chappell, and I just joined FFF! I’m excited to join this group and learn more about fitness and clean eating lifestyles.
I have two little ones, and I have tried the gym- I love going, but working full time Monday through Friday already limits my time with my kids. I think FFF offers workouts that can be achieved easily at home and will also offer results. I’m also interested in nutrition, so any tips that anyone has learned along the way, please share!
