Hey y’all, I’m new here hoping to stay motivated with this program. I’m a stay at home mom of 4, newest is 8months and I have struggled to workout with my husband like I did before his works for PCSO and changes from working days and nights and our days clash. So I’m hoping with Brittany’s workouts I can find the motivation to stick with it and get in a routine and see results! Today I couldn’t get all the burpee’s in..they KILLED me…the baby(Adalee) thought they were worth laughing at. Hope every has a great day!
