Welcome to Reclaiming! So excited to work with you today’s workout is:
Warmup: stretch lightly for 6 mins. (set a timer and do what feels comfortable for today)
Then.. not for time do:
3 sets of:
9 sit-ups (use the ground to push your body up)
8 air squats (squat to where you are comfortable)
7 push-ups (from knees)
*between each set rest 1 min.
Take your time and focus complete on form. See demo videos in the demo library for modifications for these movements.
