Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar Free Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1TBS of Natural Honey
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Optional- 2 scoops of your choice brand Protein Powder (For mine go to: Nutrition-> Healthy Eating ->Resources ->Advocare -> Sports Performance ->Lean Body Protein Powder in Vanilla)
Method
- Add blueberries, almond milk, cinnamon, honey, and protein powder to a high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth
- Add water as needed until you reach the consistency you’d like.
- Add more honey an cinnamon as needed to sweeten watching the amounts.
